Bs Review

Never Never is like nothing I could have imagined yet unquestionably everything I have come to expect from these two incredible authors. This story is one-of-a-kind and overflowing with emotion. When I met Charlie and Silas and began the journey into their world, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The mystery and intrigue of their story is gripping, while the undercurrent of old love reawakened makes this book absolutely spark. Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher, both incredibly talented authors on their own, seem to be a magical combination. This book blew me away and took me on a ride that I just can’t shake.

“Her eyes are like two open books and I suddenly want to devour every page.”

This book doesn’t cover a huge timespan, but it packs more excitement and emotion into 2 days than some stories pack into years. Without even knowing a lot about Charlie and Silas, I already care for them. Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher have so perfectly nurtured the feelings surrounding this couple that I don’t even need facts to relate to them. I was consumed by their confusion and awakened by the connection between them that feels so completely inevitable. I loved watching them discover the people they used to be and seeing the stark contrast to the people they seem to be now. Colleen and Tarryn have craftily decided that we would get to know this couple just as Charlie and Silas are getting to know themselves and it is incredibly thrilling.

“There had to be something there, something deeper than attraction or a simple childhood bond, that made me fight to keep her. I was to feel that again. I want to remember what it feels like to love someone like that. And not just anyone. I want to know what it feels like to love Charlie.”

The unknown is what makes this story so fantastic. I really don’t know what to expect from one page to the next and I couldn’t even begin to guess where this story is headed. This story has zero predictability at this point and I love Never Never’s inimitability. Colleen and Tarryn continue to outshine themselves with each new release and this joint project is no exception. Their lovable and lost characters, the unique storyline, and the onslaught of emotions this book stirs up make this one an irrefutable five-star read. Trying to put together the pieces of this mystery in my head leaves me just as far from the truth as I was when I started and somehow even more addicted to this book. I’m desperate to know how this story will end and my impatience is already getting the best of me. I need Never Never: part two!

Cs Review

I honestly don’t know where to even begin with this review. Tarryn Fisher and Colleen Hoover can craft a story unlike most authors I come across, so put them together and the bar is raised incredibly high. They create worlds that grip you, characters you can’t forget, and a story that is bound to leave a mark. Never Never is an exemplary example of the talents these two women possess. They definitely enhance each other’s writing styles and deliver a truly unforgettable book.

“She may not feel familiar. I may not feel familiar. But our actions – our demeanor – they’re exactly the same.”

Silas and Charlie “wake up” and have no recollection of who they are. These two characters must somehow piece together their lives and I love the journey that they end up going on. Charlie is one of those girls that I just immediately resonated with. She’s strong and protective and fierce, yet deep down there is a weakness she tries to hide from the world. There’s no stopping her independence, despite what everyone around her is doing. Silas on the other hand is still a mystery to me. He’s protective and hell bent on blazing his own path. Every time I sit down and think about it, I’m just amazed more and more that two different authors created this one book where their voices blend so beautifully.

“How odd to be made of flesh, balanced on bone, and filled with a soul you’ve never met.”

The plot line was incredibly intriguing and compelled you from the very first chapter until the end. It left you wanting more and needing every single answer. However, these two authors are teaching some serious patience because no questions were really answered in this first part. I actually was satisfied with that though. It dropped morsels and kept me satisfied, but still yearning for the next piece. Never Never can best be described as a puzzle that needs putting back together, and the audience will have fun doing just that.

“I get no reaction from her. Nothing. Which means I get everything.”

Never Never is a suspenseful thrilling ride that will leave you searching for clues in every scene set. I can honestly say that I’ve never come across a book like this one. It’s so incredibly unique and will leave you guessing every step of the way. It’s kind of hard to review with any coherent thoughts because, well, it’s something that just needs to be experienced for one’s self! If you’re looking for something unlike anything you’ve read, something that blends two authors’ styles seamlessly, look no further because Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher should definitely be your next book!
